It was one of the big 4 who introduced us to SR&ED. An agreement was pushed on us and then we didn’t hear from them until a few weeks before our deadline, at which point they told us our submission was too small and not worth filing. We were totally turned off at this point, but we did some homework this time and ended up finding think.SRED. What a difference. We are an early-stage company and rarely in one place fire too long, so time and efficiency is everything to us. These guys took the time to understand who we are, and were straight with us right from the beginning. They completely understood our technology and when it came time to deal with CRA, they prepped us so we knew exactly what to expect. In the end our claim was accepted as filed.
